The center of
disease control statistics shows that 64% of Americans are
overweight or obese. Unfortunately, low fat foods
are not the primary solution for fat loss. It would
be extremely nice if we could all just eat foods that were
low in fat and never gain weight. Not only do
we have to watch the amount of fat that we consume but
most importantly watch the amount of calories that we
consume.
People are not monitoring
what they eat and not taking care of their body properly.
I have tried several different ways to lose
weight everything from going on a low calorie diet plan,
to lowering my carbohydrates. I even went to the extreme of
hiring a personal trainer. Don’t get me wrong personal
trainers are great, but are very expensive. Trust me I
have spent a pretty penny!
That is when I realized that I
was missing something and that there had to be another way to
losing weight. The idiot proof diet was able to help me
understand that I needed to watch calorie intake during the
day. If you eat only in the afternoon and late at night
like I did you are storing calories that will eventually turn
into fat. Because I was eating at the wrong times of the
day, my body was not able to burn the calories. I do not
exercise often and thought that was the reason I was not able
to lose weight, exercising will tone up your body, but if you
are not eating right you cannot lose weight.
A person needs to alternate their
eating habits and have a specific menu in place so they can
burn fat faster. The idiot proof
diet is
that tool and it is designed to shift from one calorie to
the next, so you lose weight. You no longer have to
count your calories because the idiot proof diet does it
for you. This diet will also help you learn how
to get that water weight off and you will decrease in
pounds. Most importantly this handbook will give
you all the tools to stay fit forever.
I have to admit that
the Idiot Proof
Diet handbook will give you all the
tools to lose the weight, but if you are not focused and
give up easily this may not be the diet for you.
You have to be dedicated and follow all the steps or you
will just lose the weight rapidly and then gain the
weight back a short time later. Also, if you eat a
lot of junk food regularly like I use to do, you are
definitely going to have a tough time. It is just
like any other diet really because you have to give up
all those sweets and junk foods if you really want to
lose weight. I would not recommend this
diet for vegetarians because you will eat a lot of
protein like chicken.
I would recommend this diet to
almost anyone. I have been on the diet for over 6 months
and am still shedding pounds. The idiot proof diet is a
quick fix to losing weight and is also for a person who wants
to eat healthy and stay fit for life. There is
