| Admin - Please help. I purchased this product back in November 2005 and am trying to use it again but am not able to log in. It keeps telling me "unable to confirm your identity". I've used my email address and my receipt number and I get the same message. What else can I do? |

| You must go to there login access page and enter the lost password details. Then you will be able to regain access. |

Thanks for the reply, I did do that but it didn't work, that's why I said I entered my receipt number. But, in the meantime, I did contact c/s and they were able to help me log on. Thank you so much for your help...  |

admin: i changed my username and password last year and now i want to get back into the diet and it will not recognize me. i wrote everything down correctly and it says it can not recognize. i used the username and password to get in a year ago but won't let me back in. what can i do? |
