Detoxifying
the Body to Lose Weight
Because of the foods we eat, our bodies
contain toxins and chemicals. In fact, the colon becomes

For the best weight loss results, you want
to drink a lot of water, double the recommended eight glasses a
day. For 10 days, you would drink this concoction three times a
day, as long as you are getting 60 ounces. While you might
think you will starve from hunger, you will not. If you are
